Eric Heller is El Jefe.  Eric is a master Rummler Brache process reengineering facilitator and trainer who has used these skills with public and private sector customers for over 20 years.  During his role in the West Michigan WIRED Grant, Eric helped to create the Health Care Employers’ Council and created the Career Coaching program. The Career Coaching program has constantly evolved and is now a national program being launched by ACT.

Andy Catlin is a data analytics starter and mentor.  After banging up against data for 30 years or so, Andy is a “data native” who can help identify the patterns and models that yield high value insights and decision guidance.

Eric and Andy build out data products for groups of organizations that are willing to share information so that they all benefit from better insights and decisions.
